What I Do
We will complete a few tests including blood pressure, resting heart rate, weight & body measurements & flexibility test.
I will also do a body composition monitior testing your:
BODY FAT PERCENTAGE the amount of body fat as a proportion of your body weight.
BODY WATER PERCENTAGE the total amount of fluid in a person's body expressed as a percentage of their total weight.
VISCERAL FAT RATING the fat that is in the internal abdominal cavity, surrounding your vital organs.
BASAL METABOLIC RATE is the minimum of energy your body needs when at rest to function effectively.
METABOLIC AGE indicates the average age associated with the type of metabolism.
MUSCLE MASS the weight of muscle in your body.
BONE MASS indicates the amount of bone ( bone mineral level, calcium or other minerals) in the body.
These tests can be used as an indicator of your current health and fitness and used to track progress as your fitness improves.
Using all this information I can then write YOUR programme and start your Personal training sessions at a time that suits you.
